Sealed tenders are invited for supply of office stationery/toiletry items from reputed firms/suppliers/manufacturers for the financial year 2010-11. Tender forms along with other terms and conditions can be had from this office on the payment of Rs. 100/- per tender form on any working day during office hours up to 10.02.2010. Tender forms will be received up to 11.02.2010 till 11:00AM along with the earnest money of Rs. 5,000/- in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Deputy Commissioner, NVS (RO),Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh. Tender will be opened by the committee on 11.02.2010, at 12.00 Noon in the presence of the tenderers/representatives willing to be present. The tender document is also available on our website www.nvsrochd.gov.in and can be downloaded. Downloaded Tender documents should be accompanied with a separate Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred Only) in favour of Deputy Commissioner, NVS, RO, Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh towards the cost of Tender documents. The undersigned reserves the right to reject the tender without assigning any reason.
